“First of all, Dr. Merlo had two complete two dental implants. He had to complete a bone graft first because I needed bone where the two implants were eventually drilled in. After, the bone graft was complete. I had to wait five months for the bone to heal. Then, he drilled in the dental implants which was a pretty seamless procedure. Then, i had to wait another six months for the dental implants to heal. But, all of the work Dr. Merlo completed was awesome and I highly recommend him if you need any dental surgery completed.”

Front Office Staff: Probably the nicest people I have ever worked with. Like almost too sweet if possible. They went over the EXACT cost to the penny with me prior to doing any work on me.
Dental Assistant (if that is correct title): She was very matter of fact, nice, made me feel comfortable and was attentive.

Dr. Merlo: Great. He did a great job, was up front about what would hurt and what probably wouldn’t. Unfortunately, I have a tiny jaw so everything hurts but that’s not his fault!!
Wait time – out of all of my visits I had one 45-50 minute wait and that was because of an unexpected issue with another patient. It happens. Not anyone’s fault.
I highly recommend.”
